I use ****** with the Identity Protection device they offered years ago. It is a keychain device that generates a new 6 digit code every time you press it. You have to enter the code online. The device also has a registered serial number. Even if someone got a hold of my password it would do them no good unless they have my keychain device. They have new ways of safeguarding your account and I can retire the device if I want but I still use it. Never had any issues with ****** which I use with eBay. Other people have had their money frozen. it has worked well for me. I never delivered any item to a buyer unless they had a ****** verified address. You were protected as a seller provided you got a signature and it was sent to a verified address. The problem that has come up with other sellers in the past is when there is a security issue they don't disclose it and people have had accounts frozen for weeks or month without explanation. If ****** thinks there is a fraud they are not going to tell the seller. Just because you call or send them a email they still don't know it's you. It's hard to strike an equal balance between a buyer and seller because there are plenty of buyers trying to scam sellers saying the box was empty, it was filled with rocks or a neighbor signed for the package and they never got it.
